Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy: Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on unopened products purchased through www. your beauty routine and within 14 days of original purchase date are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.
Please contact us before sending back any return – we will not accept a return unless it has been authorized. And the Return shipping is at the expense of the customer
In the event that an article is returned to your beauty routine due to a customer making an error on their address label, your beauty routine will not re-send the article unless the customer agrees to pay another shipping fee for its return. Your beauty routine will offer in these instances a refund for the value of the products only, and not the freight.
